A key ingredient of Korean food: ”Gochujang”

Some people do not know what “Gochujang” is. It is the main hot sauce for Korean food. 

Then, what is gochujang? Gochujang is a mix of sticky rice, broad bean paste and Korean pepper. It is used in almost all Korean foods such as Bibimbap, Seafood (and meat ) hot pot, Korean cold noodle, Dak Galbi(Korean Marinated Diced Chicken Stir-fried with Vegetables), Tteoppokki and Korean barbecue. So you probably already used gochujang without knowing it!
