Ken’s Mart is owned by Ken who is from Korea. He is very popular and loved by many customers. He is very polite and kind not only with the customers, but also with the staff. Today I am going to talk about my experience working with him for 24months.
After the very first training period, Ken quickly gave me opportunities to improve Ken’s Mart in my own way. For example, he let me organise and control our work position, and let me decide how to work each positions. Ken tries to use the strength of his staff to their best potential, which helps us to run the shop with efficiency smartly.
Sarah, the staff supervisor, is also really kind and trustworthy. She trains the staff precisely and looks after them very well.
To sum up, Ken’s mart has a staff friendly environment!
