How to Use
For Classic Tteokbokki:

Rinse the rice cakes under cold water.

Add the rinsed rice cakes and other desired ingredients like fish cakes, boiled eggs, or vegetables.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and the rice cakes are soft and chewy.
For Tteokguk (Rice Cake Soup):

Rinse the rice cakes and set aside.

Prepare a beef or anchovy broth.
