Brewing Instructions

To get the most out of your Kraus Yerba Mate, follow these simple steps:

1. Fill: Fill your mate gourd or French press 2/3 full with yerba.

2. Hydrate: Tilt the yerba to one side and add a splash of cool water to protect the nutrients.

3. Heat: Pour hot water (ideally around 75°C - 80°C) into the empty space. Avoid boiling water, as it can burn the leaves and create bitterness.

4. Enjoy: Sip through a bombilla (metal straw) and keep refilling until the flavor fades
