OTTOGI Plum Cooking Syrup is extracted from extra sweet plums raised in South Korea. Our Plum Cooking Syrup can be used as a sugar alternative when cooking. It can also be used to eliminate unwanted meat odors and tenderize meats. You can also make plum tea by diluting the extract with water (extract 1: water 4 ratio).
